KCNC's Leadership Development Training Program

KCNC's Leadership Development Program originated in 1997 out of a desire to help those already in leadership positions in their neighborhoods or their organizations gain the skills to improve our communities. The focus of the program is on training and nurturing natural leaders in communities where they are already engaged in local collaborative groups and community mobilization efforts. The Leadership Development Program is a six-month training series that offers a wide range and variety of classes designed to enhance the leadership skills of participants as well as expose them to local community issues. The program offers thirty-six (36) hours of instruction time in nine (9) subject areas including:
