FYS Goals
- Assist in calculating credits for emancipating youth and transferring records
- Work closely with other agencies in multidisciplinary settings to transition foster youth from successful graduations toward successful independence
- Identify and refer foster youth 16 years and older to school workforce programs or Independent Living Skills programs
- Link foster youth with transitional living arrangements
