Welcome Leadership Participants!
"Health, learning and virtue will ensure your happiness; they will give you a quiet conscience, private esteem and public honour." -- Thomas JeffersonLet's Get It Started!
Day one started off with a few surprises. Participants were asked to create their own project teams and then had the chance to get to know their team members better.

2008 Leadership Participants
Congratulations to our 2008 Class! You understand that effective leadership is critical to successful community change. Often, we in the public sector are expected to lead change, but rarely are we given the tools to ensure the success of our efforts. Through new learning, personal reflection, practicing skills and peer support, the Leadership Development program will help each participant undertake a personal learning journey and become the leaders that move communities forward.
