Education Liaisons work to:

  • Identify Foster Youth within District
  • Assist with educational placement changes
  • Transfer records in timely manner
  • Advocate for youth on educational issues; attend Team Decision Meetings (TDM)
  • Provide ongoing training to district and/or school site staff
  • Provide Technical Assistance
