What's a 'Suitable Decompressor'?

Movies are created with compression systems to "shrink" them small enough to fit on a DVD, for instance. MS Windows has some software built-in to decompress movies for viewing. However, other software products can compress movies much smaller while not distorting the images. We have used the DivX compression system for this mini-movie.
